Rick Blosser has built a distinguished career over three decades in wealth management. He is currently the founding partner and Managing Director of Pathfinder Wealth Advisors, an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and multi-family office he launched in 2019.

 

Rick’s practice is devoted to providing comprehensive financial counsel to a select group of clients, including entrepreneurs, senior executives, family offices, and affluent families. As a cancer survivor, Rick Blosser is committed to supporting cancer research and empowering the next generation through education.

Cancer Research Support

Having overcome cancer at age 23, Rick has served on the boards of organizations like the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Cedars-Sinai’s Samuel Oschin Cancer Institute through its “Pink Party” fundraiser.

His personal experience drives his commitment to advancing research and supporting patients and families battling cancer.

Rick Blosser Scholarship

Rick established the Rick Blosser Scholarship (also known as the Richard Blosser Scholarship) to support deserving students in pursuing higher education.

Through this initiative, he provides financial assistance and encouragement to young individuals who demonstrate resilience and potential—reflecting his own journey of overcoming adversity and striving for excellence.

Personal Life & Values

Outside of work, Rick leads a fulfilling life that keeps him grounded. He splits his time between California and Montana with his wife, Pam. Together, they have four children – Caitlin, Kelsey, Robbie, and Molly – and are proud grandparents to two grandsons.

Rick is an avid golfer and enjoys the outdoors; you can often find him skiing or fishing in Montana with his family.

A defining aspect of Rick Blosser’s life is that he is a cancer survivor. He successfully battled cancer at just 23 years old. Overcoming such a challenge at a young age profoundly shaped Rick’s outlook on life and business. It instilled in him a sense of perspective, resilience, and a drive to make every day count – principles that influence how he advises clients and how he gives back to the community.
